The other thing everyone told us we had to do upon moving to Jefferson City was to go to the Pumpkin Festival. This is held in Hartsburg (about 15 minutes from where we live). The town has under 200 people but for this festival something like 60,000 come! It was a ton of vendors (food and crafts) and tons of pumpkins but not a whole lot for kids to do. The food of course was awesome but it was incredibly crowded and I doubt we will go back unless we are still living here when the kids are much older. It made for a few cute pictures though so here they are!

These pumpkins were enormous...and only $3 I wanted one so bad but we couldn't carry it.
