7 months

I am so out of order here but oh well!  Luke celebrated his 7 month birthday in early October.  It's strange because 7 months was a huge developmental month for Noah but not so much for Luke (just wait for the 8 month update he is now doing ALOT).  At 7 months Luke was just trying so hard to crawl but he was just not quite there yet.  He walks his hands forward, gets on his hands and knees, takes a tentative crawl forward and then collapses.  He finds ways to get what he wants though, he army crawls, scoots on his bottom, and even crawls backwards to get himself moving.  At the end of this month he got his first ear infection and his top teeth were trying to pop through.  This month he continues to sleep about 11 hours at night and he is taking 2 long naps and 1 short nap.  He loves to eat!!!  He still nurses 5 times a day although that is becoming a challenge because he is very distracted.  He eats his baby food (cereal mixed with veggies or fruit) and then he has also added in shredded cheese, cut up green beans, chopped broccoli, avocados, re-fried beans (I make them from pinto beans and they are sooo good), and whole wheat macaroni noodles.  Eating is probably Luke's favorite thing to do.  He also likes to play with a ball and he is working on pulling up.  I think he weighs about 17.5 pounds but I can't be sure about that.  Here are some 7 month pics
