This weekend we decided to head over to visit Joy and Michael in St. Louis. Dan was finally done with his finals and I needed to take my last personal day so we left Saturday afternoon and stayed until Monday. It was really nice to get away and St. Louis has a really nice, free zoo so we got to go back. We took Noah to the zoo in September but mostly he just slept. This time he stayed awake the whole time and observed the animals well!! On a totally different note our exciting news is that Dan got a job!!! He will be finished with law school in July and graduated (yay) and then will start work at the Office of Civil Rights. He is looking forward to this job and will also be getting to use his science background so that makes it even better. I am excited that I will be retiring in just 8 school days to be a SAHM!!!!!
Noah is exploring Joy's musical instruments. He became inspired after listening to his aunt sing in church. He has pretty good rhythm, maybe he will write me a song one day.
