It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas

Although 4th of July still ranks #1 on my favorite holidays list, Christmas is a very close 2nd place.  We have done a small amount of decorating but not much.  Noah is getting taller and more curious so it makes it very difficult to have lots of decorations up.  I put up a whole bunch to start off and he successfully threw a few on the floor, only breaking one luckily, took the top off the chocolate tin and then hid from me while eating chocolate, and bent my cute little metal Christmas tree in half.  So needless to say, we probably won't have a ton of decorations up for a few years until our children are able to better understand that these are not toys!  I am very excited about this Christmas because we are staying at home!!!  Dan's family will join us for Christmas and I'll get to see my dad and Joy and Michael for a couple of days.  I am so excited to have a white Christmas (hopefully, but at least a cold one), and wake up in my own house with presents under the tree for Noah!  Here are a few pictures from decorating day!!

Unfortunately we don't have a fireplace to hang out stockings this year.
See that Christmas tree on the left on the coffee table....that's what Noah bent in half!
