A New House

Just thought I would update everyone on the house situation.  We found a house and put an offer on it.  The offer was accepted, the inspection passed, and now we are in the process of getting all of our stuff together for our loan.  The time frame is a little tricky because it's a short sale.  You would think a short sale would mean we could get it quickly but that really just means everything goes through the bank and it takes longer.  Our closing date is set for August 31st but we are really hoping to get in there sooner.  Anyways, it's a true ranch house (which apparently is very desired and we are lucky to have).  There is a ton of space.  3 bedrooms upstairs and then a full finished basement downstairs with 2 extra bedrooms and a bathroom.  We have some work to do on the house before we can move in which is why we got it for such a good price.  The lady who lives there now is a smoker and she has 5 pets.  Soooo we are replacing the carpet, repainting the entire house, and getting it professionally cleaned to make sure the smoke is all out!  But after that it will be ready to move in and for visitors.  I am so excited to have the extra space to have people come visit us, so please do!!  It's in a good neighborhood and zoned to a great school so we are really excited.  Pray for the bank to move quickly so that we can get into this house!  Oh and here are some pictures so you aren't too bored with the post

Luke used to be all about me, now he can't get enough of Dan.  He shouts daddy all day long.

We went to a Beatles tribute band at Zona Rosa.  I was in heaven, they had the fountains going so Noah was having a great time, and Luke had food so he was in heaven as well.  Noah is taking a break from the fountains to enjoy the music

 At least I still have the week-days to enjoy my sweet baby Luke, he pretty much won't let Dan let go of him during the weekends (so sweet and cute though it's hard to be jealous)

 Noah likes to walk the perimeter of the fountains, sticking his hand in occasionally.  But he laughs the whole time so I guess he enjoys it in his own way.
