Nine Months Already!

Noah recently celebrated his 9-month birthday on Monday. I can't believe he is this old already (I know that I say that every single month but it is so true). He is such a big boy and doing more and more things every single day. This month he has decided he doesn't really like baby food or being fed much. In the past few days we have started cutting up fruits, vegetables, and grinding up meat for him and he loves feeding himself. It is slightly messy and he doesn't exactly eat that much but he is learning. He can also now drink from a sippy cup very well and we are trying to transition him to drink milk from a sippy cup. He consistently sleeps 11 hours a night, he still cruises around everywhere but is a champion crawler so that is his preferred method. He has started to become a little bit interested in walking holding onto our hands but not a lot yet. He bravely lets go of things and stands on his own for a brief amount of time. He says daddy very clearly (but has no idea what it means because he picked up a piece of paper and said daddy), he also says bob. We had his checkup on Wednesday he is still just a teeny tiny guy and weighs almost 19 pounds. The doctor said he'll probably be walking soon and that he is a very social baby.
